• Proven experience as a service writer or in a similar customer service role in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in using service writing software Mitchell1 and Auto Integrate.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certifications are a plus.
