We are looking for a Parts Person to join the team at Ford Bend. The parts department is a fast‑paced environment serving technicians within the dealership as well as clients throughout the community by selling OEM and aftermarket parts.

Kendall Auto Group offers competitive compensation through base plus commission pay plans. Employees in this position typically bring home $55,000‑$80,000 annually depending on their drive and customer service skills. This is not an entry‑level position. We are seeking candidates with automotive parts experience, including inventory control, and knowledge of electronic parts catalogues; experience with manufacturer‑specific catalogues is preferred.
Job duties include selling parts to customers and vendors via phone, internet, and in person; maintaining inventory records; assisting customers and technicians with parts needs and obtaining parts information; creating invoices, processing orders, returns, and warranties; and receiving parts from delivery. The role requires close collaboration with customers and technicians, effective communication, recommendation skills, and the ability to prioritize items.
Work is performed indoors with up to 75% of the shift spent using computers and phone systems. Standing and walking for up to 30% of the shift is required to assist clients at the counter and deliver parts to technicians. Carrying and lifting 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds rarely are required when moving parts.
