Job DescriptionAAA is seeking a skilled B Level Automotive Technician to join our team. As a B Level Technician, you will perform intermediate-level automotive repairs and maintenance, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong foundation in automotive systems, diagnostic skills, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform intermediate repairs and maintenance on vehicles, including brakes, suspension, exhaust systems, and fluid services.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and alignments.
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Document all repairs, parts, and labor accurately in the shop management system.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers about repair needs and progress.
- Stay updated on automotive technology and participate in ongoing training.
Technician B’s will earn a competitive salary of $40,000 - $85,000+ annually with a potential weekly production bonus.

- High School diploma, GED, or technical school graduate, certification
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- 3 years minimum experience repairing vehicles at a dealership or automotive center.
- Knowledge of automotive and/or truck systems, tools, and technical resources and training to independently perform a variety of basic to complex repairs and maintenance of automobile and truck vehicles.
- Understand and consistently demonstrate the proper use of equipment and tools used in such repair and maintenance, as well as the need to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Ability to consistently provide exceptional customer service and improve customer service score.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver work on time.
- Ability and basic leadership skills to mentor and train lower-level Technicians to help them be successful.
- ASE certifications (or their equivalent): A4-Suspension & Steering, A5-Brakes, plus 2 other ASE certifications
- State inspection certificate, where applicable
- AC 609 Certification
- May experience loud noises and odors intermittently in the shop environment.
- This position involves standing, walking, and normal physical mobility, including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and carrying automotive parts and equipment (averaging up to approximately 80 pounds in weight).
- Must have own tools appropriate for their skill level for use in the Center.
- Must be able to work in the heat, as some locations do not have air conditioning.
- Must be able to maintain working on your feet in a concrete facility for the entire work shift.
