Rovalution Automotive Ltd, the number one Land Rover service and customization facility in Metro Vancouver, is seeking an Automotive Operations Assistant.

Rovalution Automotive is one of the premier independent automotive service facilities in Metro Vancouver. We specialize in quality automotive service and repairs to our clients high‑end, luxury Land Rover vehicles, as well as the vintage and legacy Land Rovers that have helped to shape the brand’s iconic status. Our daily operations are high‑paced and can be demanding, but are also fun and rewarding.

We have over twelve full‑time employees working in our fully equipped 8000+ sq. ft. facility servicing over ten vehicles per day. Our service department handles all levels of automotive services to keep our customer’s vehicle in top running condition. We are known worldwide for our great customer service, product knowledge and support. Our clients are often enthusiasts who know about their vehicles and expect top quality customer service, communication and attention to detail.

• Wash and vacuum customer and company vehicles following service
• Mini detail and vehicle cleaning services
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and any noticeable defects, including dents, scratches, interior trim and upholstery defects and any obvious mechanical operation defects
• Organize vehicles and manage parking lot

• Open and close facility as required
• Empty garbage & recycling
• Sanitize all door passages, light switches and high touch surfaces
• Clean and tidy parking lot, powerwash periodically
• Clean, sweep & mop workshop floor as required

• Assist technicians with work on vehicles
• Clean and tidy shared shop work spaces including:
• Tire service area
• Shop service fluids recycling area
• Fabrication area
• Technician change room

• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, reliable
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
• Ability to problem solve

• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Physically fit, working outdoors, able to stay on feet for extended periods of time
• Experience working in an automotive shop or dealership
• Experience in automotive detailing is an asset
• Must be available to work overtime before and after shift
