Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prep screens for coating
- Coating, burning, washing out, taping, and blocking screens
- Oversees the screen reclaiming operation
- Maintains the screen inventory
- Maintains the screen room supplies and communicates if additional supplies are needed
- Leads other screen department associates
- Oversees ink preparation and staging of carts.
- Basic understanding of screen print techniques
- In depth knowledge of the screen making process (frames, mesh, coating, exposure, wash out, etc.)
- Works well as a member of a team
- Ability to train others in the screen area
