• Consulting top management of leading Rail OEM and suppliers in strategy development and implementation, e.g. in the area of modularization and digitalization
• Conducting transformation and efficiency programs along the value chain
• Optimizing products, processes, and structures, e.g. in the reduction of manufacturing costs for a new vehicle generation
• Responsibility for sub-projects including result presentation
• Implementation of own ideas, e.g. for the further development of our service portfolio

• Above-average completed master's degree in (business) engineering, business administration, or a comparable course of study
• Several years of experience in the rail industry with a focus on rolling stock or infrastructure technology (industry or consulting)
• Experience in the implementation of challenging projects – always with a clear focus on impact, efficiency, and innovation
• Teamwork and collaboration with clients on an equal footing while maintaining a sovereign appearance, empathy, and willingness to shape
• Strategic thinking, analytical sharpness, and entrepreneurial drive
• Negotiation-safe communication in German and English
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
