  • Inventory Management: You must be willing to "roll up your sleeves," spending time building complex spreadsheets or assisting with inventory audits in the warehouse.

  • Cross‑Departmental Liaison: Act as a central hub of communication to ensure COO directives are executed across various teams.

  • Process Improvement: Identify supply chain bottlenecks and propose data‑backed solutions to improve the bottom line.

Who You Are
  • Analytical Mindset: You love numbers and enjoy finding the "why" behind the data.

  • Self‑Driven & Proactive: You solve problems without waiting for instructions.

  • Meticulously Accurate: You understand that precision is non‑negotiable in supply chain and finance.

  • Agile Learner: You are eager to learn the nuances of the furniture industry and logistics.

  • Adaptable: You are comfortable in both a boardroom and a distribution center.

  • Growth Mindset: You value a unique perspective into the operations of a large‑scale retail business.
