What You Will Do:- Create detailed step‑by‑step documentation for back end (AR Follow Up & Denials, Billing) Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify needs, skill gaps, and coaching opportunities, ensuring SOP content aligns with business requirements.
- Coordinate meetings, organize information, and track follow‑up items with moderate supervision.
- Provide ongoing support for process clarifications and performance enhancement.
- Maintain project planning materials, accurate records, conduct version control, review performance reports, and ensure completion of SOP deliverables within project timelines.
- Manage SharePoint sites for document distribution.
- Conduct Quality Assessments as needed.
- A high school diploma and 8+ years of prior relevant experience (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education).
- Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in back end Revenue Cycle Management processes, including billing, denial management, and AR follow‑up.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver impactful results.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to design SOP and training documentation and complete deliverables within strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in at least one Patient Accounting software platform such as EPIC, MEDITECH, Cerner.
- Prior experience as an RCM workflow content writer and/or trainer.
- Experience in curriculum creation or process documentation.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, MS Copilot (Creating AI agents, process improvement automation).
- Familiarity with Power BI.
The annual salary range for this position is $59,000.00 – $98,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
