We specialize in the sustainable resolution of the most difficult company situations and the implementation of complex transformation processes. We advise companies on fundamental analyses and far-reaching decisions in the strategic, operational, and financial areas and ensure their consistent implementation.

• Assistance in the creation and implementation of turnaround programs as well as transaction and transformation projects with a focus on healthcare, pharma, and life sciences
• Independent processing of sub-areas within extensive projects Support in business model analysis, strategic positioning, and definition of measures for clients
• Creation and plausibility checking of integrated company plans and short-term liquidity calculations as well as conducting comprehensive economic analyses
• Active support of clients in identifying and implementing performance and financial measures
• Advisory services for clients throughout the entire transaction process on the buy- and sell-side
• Participation in the establishment of the new Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice - Guidance and support of starters, work students, and interns

• Very good academic qualification, preferably in the field of business, health sciences/health economics, pharmacy, medicine, natural sciences, or comparable fields
• First professional experience in turnaround/transaction or corporate consulting and/or in the healthcare sector (hospitals, nursing homes, homecare), in life sciences, medical technology, or the pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent communication skills; negotiation-safe German and English language skills
• High analytical skills, motivation, and willingness to commit
• Strong willingness to travel
