YOU MOVE OUR WORLD

• You coordinate and manage the structured processing, calculation, and creation of tender offers in close coordination with internal interfaces such as our trade or sales department.
• You contribute to the development of competitive pricing and contract conditions and coordinate these with internal stakeholders, customers, and agents.
• You ensure timely and complete submission of tenders and are responsible for documenting all tender requirements and contract contents.
• You analyze market, customer, and performance data and derive potentials, risks, and optimization opportunities from them.
• You monitor the tender status, prepare nominations and relevant information, and report them to internal stakeholders and management and store area-wide agreements in the system.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• You have a completed commercial education, for example as a shipping merchant (m/w/d), merchant for freight forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or a degree with a logistics focus.
• You have an analytical and commercially oriented mindset.
• You convince with your communication and negotiation skills in dealing with different stakeholders.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and performance- and result-focused manner.
• Your German and English skills are very good in speech and writing.
