Overview
The Assistant Coach will work with current yard coaches to meet yard and company goals by running a safe and profitable yard.
Accountabilities- Assist with non-ferrous scale, heavy equipment, industrial scale as well as the ASR desk.
- Ensure shipments are correct to post with matching receiving weights.
- Assist with upgrading material and increase knowledge of scrap industry.
- Ensure daily inventory numbers are accurate.
- Assist Coach with daily paperwork.
- Conduct daily safety meetings.
- Assist with training new Team Members.
