Product Manager – Human Resources Digital Portfolio
This role supports our Human Resources function by owning specific products within the HR digital portfolio. The Product Manager balances product strategy and vision aligned with business outcomes while remaining closely connected to delivery for informed prioritization and trade‑off decisions. The role acts as the primary bridge between engineering, business analysts, and HR business stakeholders to navigate ambiguity and influence in a fast‑paced environment.
Compensation- Annual base salary range: $99,100.00 – $
- Additional performance‑based cash incentive awards available.
- Define, prioritize, and maintain a backlog of work for a small product team.
- Own the product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and trade‑off decisions to maximize value.
- Manage deliverables and experimentation to refine future deliverables and measure performance.
- Ensure alignment of team goals and strategy with the value stream vision.
- Act as voice of the end‑user, incorporating customer feedback into product requirements.
- Set objectives and KPIs for solutions and inform business readiness efforts.
- Provide ongoing feedback, clarify requirements, and remove impediments.
- Champion continuous improvement of team processes and alignment across teams.
- Foster an inclusive, innovative team culture and promote collaboration.
- Focus on AI, automation, and omnichannel value in delivered work.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum two years of Agile product management experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
- Experience with product lifecycle, backlog management, and tools such as Jira and Smartsheet.
- Awareness of Agile principles and servant leadership.
- Preferred experience:
AI/ML literacy, HR technology domain knowledge, or proven product ownership. - Experience with large SaaS HR platforms (e.g., Workday) in configuration or product roles.
- Clear communication skills at all organizational levels.
