Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. They will reside in on-campus student homes, supervising a group of 8–13 students and guiding their academic, emotional, and social development.
The two-person role requires a nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off, with a transition to a placed houseparent later. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a valid US driver’s license is preferred.
