Location: Charleston
Gulf Stream Construction Company in Charleston, SC is seeking a Project Manager I to plan and deliver low-to-moderate complexity site construction projects from kickoff through closeout.
The PM I will oversee schedule, budget, quality, safety coordination, client satisfaction, subcontractor coordination, and billing, with escalation for high-risk issues. Bachelor’s in civil engineering and 3–5 years of PM experience are required.
