Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Construction Professional to join our team and contribute to various building projects. This role involves engaging in the completion of construction tasks, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality on-site. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to grow in the construction industry.

Lead the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment

Carry out manual labor such as digging, lifting, and moving materials to support ongoing projects

Installation of structures, framing, or other building components under minimal supervision

Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris and securing tools and materials

Always follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA standards

Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed

Support team members in completing project milestones efficiently and effectively

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions

Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork

Good communication skills and willingness to follow instructions accurately

Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is necessary to include rough carpentry, finish carpentry, flooring, painting, and other handyman type skills.

Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver’s license is preferred

Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the construction field
