Role Summary
:
The Fashion Coordinator collaborates with creative, production, design, and merchant teams to manage pre‑ and post‑production for digital and print marketing shoots. The coordinator ensures samples are secured, shoots are planned, and creative objectives are met.
- Coordinate and schedule monthly digital and print shoots, aligning with marketing briefs and merchandising needs.
- Create and maintain Merch Decks and Sample Trackers to manage product selection, shot counts, and sample statuses.
- Liaise with buyers, vendors, and co‑op brands to confirm sample availability and track deliveries.
- Organize and attend meetings with Art Directors and Creative teams for merchandise selection and story development.
- Facilitate styling pull days, courier coordination, and visitor access logistics.
- Attend BG photoshoots to ensure styling guidelines are met and vendor expectations for the final image are aligned.
- Post‑shoot, manage sample returns, track online usage, and deliver shoot recaps to the Creative Marketing team.
- Ensure all required product credits are collected and documented for digital and print use.
- 2–3 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface with marketing/merchant teams regularly.
- Ability to balance multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Relevant retail or production background.
- Innovative with a keen aesthetic sense and love of fashion.
- Adaptable to change and tight deadlines.
- Pro‑active, able to show initiative.
- Experience in a photo studio.
- Degree in Fashion or related area.
