- Advanced skill and experience in Adobe products, especially Photoshop and Illustrator

- A customer-first mentality
- A modern portfolio demonstrating a high level of design skill
- Ability to work independently and solve problems visually
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- A strong appreciation and understanding of both web and print design
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Experience working with Word Press
- 1-3 years agency experience
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field
