Teaching instruments:
Piano – Communicating technically artistic gestures (body, instrument) in the context of individual or collective pedagogy
- Perfecting and evolving the technical qualities of execution and interpretation of students
- Designing and organizing links between technical learning and the development of creativity
- Applying a progression and teachings in accordance with pedagogical programs
- Inscribing one's teaching activity in the project of the establishment
- Integrating and developing its contributions in and for a global approach to student training
- Sensitizing and training in collective musical practice.
Organization and follow-up of student studies
- Identifying the evolutions of practices and expectations in the field of art and culture
- Identify the different categories of audiences
- Adjust its methods and pedagogical modalities according to the students
- Identify and support the personal project of the student
- Accompany the student in the discovery and appropriation of the means proper to the development of practices
- Identify and promote the expression, personality, sensitivity, and artistic curiosity of students
- Advise students and accompany them in their orientation.
Evaluation of students
- Design, in relation with the team, apply and evaluate an individual and collective pedagogical device
- Implement shared indicators of individual and collective progress
- Exploit the results of the evaluation in the adjustment of the teachings
- Organize modalities of control of the knowledge and artistic practices
- Participate in the organization and conduct of juries.
Artistic practice
- Confronting the different artistic productions on its discipline
- Identify and apply new techniques and new practices
- Evaluate and perfect its artistic and pedagogical practice
- Carry out research in its specialty to evolve its qualities of technical and artistic execution
- Artistically participate in the project of the establishment accompanying pedagogical, artistic, and cultural projects
- Participate in the different instances of consultation of the establishment
- Participate in the elaboration of the project of the establishment
- Identify and develop partnerships in relation with the projects. Participation in pedagogical meetings and preparation of the board of the establishment. Possibility of work on Saturday and in the evening. Participation in concerts on Saturday or Sunday, sometimes in the evening and during the week.
