Join NATCO in our pursuit to bring fiber optic broadband to some of the most remote areas of north-central Arkansas. We are a locally owned company expanding high-speed fiber broadband to rural communities.

We’re looking for a Customer Care Representative (CCR) who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and making a real impact locally.

As a CCR, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our customers. You’ll support both current and future customers with questions about service, billing, and connectivity—while also helping grow our customer base.

• Answer customer calls and voicemails related to billing, pricing, services, and availability
• Assist customers with account questions, payments, and payment arrangements
• Schedule service trouble calls and process service changes or upgrades
• Educate customers on the Lifeline program and handle required documentation and renewals
• Promote NATCO services through new sales and service upgrades
• Troubleshoot basic voice and broadband service issues
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve service or scheduling concerns
• Build lasting relationships through professional, courteous communication
• Protect the confidentiality and security of customer information

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to listen, problem-solve, and explain services clearly
• Comfortable using sales techniques to enroll and retain customers
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
