We are looking for an Operations team member to join us.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our growing team based in Pattaya. You will be responsible for ensuring our customer’s requirements are met from the point of booking until their travel completion.

• Ensure customer requirements are met from booking through travel completion.

• A proven track record in customer service (5 years or more)
• The ability to work calmly under pressure
• A proactive, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality
• Excellent command of verbal and written English (accent must be clearly understandable)
• Team player
• Available to start immediately

The role is full-time and office-based in Pattaya
