Technical Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker | Lisbon, Portugal
Join an International Tech Support Team in Lisbon! Are you passionate about customer support, problem-solving, and technology? We are looking for a French‑speaking Technical Customer Service Specialist to join a dynamic international project in Lisbon. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy helping customers resolve technical issues while working in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
The RoleAs a Technical Customer Service Specialist, you will:
- Support customers via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels
- Assist with product‑related questions, technical issues, and general inquiries
- Troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, e-commerce, and wireless connectivity
- Escalate complex cases to higher support tiers when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high‑quality customer support
- Collaborate with internal teams and technicians to resolve customer issues efficiently
- French: C2 / Native level
- English: B2
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Customer‑oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment and open to feedback
- Previous customer support or technical support experience is a plus
Start Date: 09 July 2026
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On‑Site)
Contract: 6 months renewable
Schedule- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 20:00 (rotational shifts)
- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00
- 2 rotational days off
- €930 gross/month (14 salaries/year)
- €55 performance bonus (12 months/year)
- €120 attendance bonus (11 months/year)
