Poppy Bank is looking for a Guest Services Representative to join our team in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The GSR plays a vital role in delivering an excellent guest experience by managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance. This part-time position requires flexibility in scheduling to accommodate varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and good customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and bilingual ability in Spanish are a plus.
