PART-TIME CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST (Video Teller)

• Education:
  
  High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  At least six months of stellar customer service experience in a business‑related environment is preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, face‑to‑face), professional appearance, tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented, and excellent organizational skills.
• Bonus:
  Prior banking and sales experience (preferred but not required).

• Part‑time hours:
  Mondays through Fridays between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m., and Saturdays between 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
• Preferably live within 30 miles of a First Service Bank branch or be willing to relocate.
