This is a full
-time hourly position. Work schedule will be Monday through Friday and Saturday ( as needed ) . The work hours are 8am - 4:30pm. This position reports directly to the Scale Office Supervisor . Job duties and work hours are subject to change at any time.

• Follow the TSIMCO Way including but not limited to all SOP s and Sales Scripts
• Assist customers with payment for scrap utilizing our automated ATM
• Inspect customer loads for scrap identification and prohibited items
• Scale truck weights in and out of the facility and direct traffic as needed
• Purchase NF Metal materials
• Answer phones following phones script
• Document filing
• Answer secured door and accept supply deliveries

• Experience with multi
  -line phone system
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid drivers' license with clean driving record

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is sometimes active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping . The employee may occasionally lift and/or move items over 25 pounds while moving office supplies and accepting supply deliv eries. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus .

Ability to work indoors with phones and computers i n a busy environment.

Ability to go outdoors in all weather conditions , as required .

Ability to wear PPE and to work standing 9 hours per day.
