The Travel Consultant at Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism provides accurate information about Arkansas’s attractions, parks, heritage sites, and tourism opportunities. You will help visitors plan itineraries and offer travel recommendations to ensure a positive experience.
You will greet visitors in person or via phone/email, share up-to-date brochures and resources, and stay informed about events and seasonal attractions to tailor recommendations and support marketing efforts.
