This is a full-time hourly position. Work schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (rotation). This position reports directly to the Scale Office Crew Leader.

• Follow the company Standard Operating Procedures, Sales Scripts, etc.
• Assist customers with payment for scrap utilizing our automated ATM payment system with receipts.
• Inspect customer loads for scrap identification and prohibited items.
• Scale truck weights in and out of the facility.
• Direct traffic as needed.
• Answer multi-line phones following phones script.
• Answer secured door and accept supply deliveries.
• Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance.
• Compliance with Employee Handbook and all SOPs.
• All other duties as assigned.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is sometimes active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping . The employee may occasionally lift and/or move items over 25 pounds while moving office supplies and accepting supply deliv eries. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus .

Ability to work indoors with phones and computers i n a busy environment.

Ability to go outdoors in all weather conditions , as required .

Ability to wear PPE and to work standing 9 hours per day.
