About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Papa John’s, you will be the face of the company to customers, ensuring they receive a hot, made‑to‑order meal and providing efficient service.

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Deliver food to customers and maintain high service quality.
• Prepare food on the makeline for dine‑in or take‑out orders.
• Handle payments and provide accurate change.
• Support teamwork by standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.

• Minimum age 16 (must be 18 to become a delivery driver).
