Summary
Organize, enter and verify all online web-based orders received, into company database.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Responsible for accurately processing, printing and delivering to the shipping dept all incoming web-based order entries received from Shopify websites, QVC, , Faire etc.
- Resolve Web order customers service issues.
- Process web returned merchandise and associated customer refunds.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager(s).
- Follow company policies and procedures and support company mission, vision and standards of ethics.
- Daily attendance required to ensure all duties are completed in a timely fashion.
