Leap Kids Dental in Pine Bluff is seeking a Pediatric Dentist – or a General Dentist passionate about treating children – to join a well‑supported pediatric practice on a part‑time basis. This role offers full‑scope pediatric dentistry, a collaborative team, and access to strong specialty leadership.

Schedule:

Part‑time (average less than 30 hours per week)

Patient Population:
Pediatric patients

Setting:
Pediatric Dental Clinic / Outpatient

• 1 Practice Manager
• 2 Front Desk staff
• 4‑5 Dental Assistants

• Full‑scope pediatric dentistry
• Preventive, restorative, and comprehensive pediatric care
• Sedation dentistry available (experience a plus)
• Shared referrals with Westrock Orthodontics (Pine Bluff location)
• Peer support available

• Provide high‑quality pediatric dental care
• Perform exams, treatment planning, and pediatric procedures
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic flow
• Maintain strong standards for patient care and documentation

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Pediatric Dentist preferred
• General Dentists considered if passionate about pediatric care
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Sedation experience a plus
