• Friendly reception and care of our patients on site and by phone
• Coordination and management of appointments including recall system
• Patient admission, master data maintenance, and digital document management
• Communication with health insurance companies and insurances (e.g. for inquiries about HKP or cost coverage)
• Support in billing (BEMA/GOZ) as well as in the creation of treatment and cost plans
• General organizational and administrative tasks around the daily practice routine
• Link between patients, treatment team, and administration

• Completed training as a dental assistant or comparable qualification
• Cross-entrants with relevant experience in appointment scheduling, patient recall, and practice organization are equally welcome
• Confident, friendly demeanor towards patients – both at the reception and on the phone
• Proficient handling of practice software (e.g. Dampsoft, Z1, Charly or comparable) as well as MS Office
• Secure German language skills in speech and writing
