- Learn and perform comprehensive patient assessments under guidance, including medical history reviews, dental charting, periodontal evaluations, and oral cancer screenings
- Provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care, including cleanings, polishing, radiographs, sealants, fluoride treatments, and teeth whitening
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with mentorship from experienced providers
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care best practices
- Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to deliver outstanding patient experiences
- Recent graduate or licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of practice
- Certification to administer local anesthesia (state-specific) preferred
- CPR certification
- Willingness to learn and develop strong clinical and patient education skills
- Enthusiasm for teamwork, patient care, and a growth-focused environment
