The client is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to support a growing retail design program. This role is ideal for a senior architectural designer or project coordinator looking to take on greater leadership responsibilities while remaining involved in design oversight and project execution.
Must-Have Requirements

Architecture background (Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience)
Strong Revit experience with the ability to review and QA/QC design documents
Big-box retail experience required
Knowledge of ICC Building Codes and Accessibility/ADA Codes

Preferred Qualifications

Project management or team leadership experience
Experience mentoring or training staff
Licensed Architect or related professional credential
Experience with AutoCAD, Lucernex, Deltek Vantagepoint, Costworks, or Masterworks
