DescriptionThe client is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to support a growing retail design program. This role is ideal for a senior architectural designer or project coordinator looking to take on greater leadership responsibilities while remaining involved in design oversight and project execution.
Must-Have Requirements- Architecture background (Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience)
- Strong Revit experience with the ability to review and QA/QC design documents
- Big-box retail experience required
- Knowledge of ICC Building Codes and Accessibility/ADA Codes
- Project management or team leadership experience
- Experience mentoring or training staff
- Licensed Architect or related professional credential
- Experience with AutoCAD, Lucernex, Deltek Vantagepoint, Costworks, or Masterworks
- Someone who can work within established processes and collaborate effectively
- A candidate interested in growing into broader leadership responsibilities
- Strong retail design expertise combined with project coordination and client-facing experience
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000+
