Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our collaborative and patient-centered team in beautiful Arkansas. This position offers a rewarding mix of primarily outpatient care with limited inpatient responsibilities, and the support of a strong, collegial pediatric team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced pediatricians and newly trained physicians seeking professional growth and an exceptional quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Participate in a shared call schedule, with weekend calls occurring 1:4 and up to 8 days/nights for inpatient needs. Collaborate with a team of two pediatricians and one pediatric hospitalist. Engage with patients and families to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pediatric medicine through continuous education.
Schedule and Benefits:
Clinic operational from Monday to Friday, with one half-day off per week. Hospital-employed position offering competitive compensation and benefits. Potential visa sponsorship for J-1 or H-1B candidates. About the Area:
