Monday through Friday, providing clinic coverage only from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Support Staff: A dedicated team comprising 5 Radiation Therapists, 2 DOSIM, and 2 on-site physicists, with a 0.5 FTE physician at the location Equipment: 2 LINAC Varian 21E (MV imaging) / Varian True Beam STX On-site Big Bore Simulator HDR (GYN T&O&Cylinder) available but not mandatory Credentialing Information:
