This opportunity requires an Interventional Cardiologist with a board certification and active licensure in AR. The focus will be on call coverage, and the facility is open to accepting multiple providers. The locum tenens physician will operate within an inpatient setting with no outpatient responsibilities. Call Type and Response:
Call Type:
In-House and STEMI Call Response Time: 1 hr for in-house emergencies Emergency/STEMI less than 30 minutes Call Ratio and Responsibilities:
The call ratio involves 100% in-house responsibilities, and there are no patient call-backs. On average, the locum will cover 24-hour shifts, with 20-25 calls. Patient visits during this time range from 15-20, and there are no admissions unless it's a STEMI case, which is handled by the hospitalist service. Certification Requirements:
