ESL (English as a Second Language) Instructional Assistant/Paraprofessional
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Support ESL students in developing English language skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
Assist classroom teachers in delivering instruction and adapting materials for English learners
Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce lessons and provide additional practice
Help translate or clarify instructions when appropriate
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
Assist with classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment
Prepare instructional materials and organize classroom resources
Support students with assignments, assessments, and technology use
Encourage student engagement and participation in classroom activities
Maintain confidentiality of student information
