QUALIFICATIONS:

The Department of Business Administration seeks an executive faculty member who can serve as Department Chair for the Business Administration & META
24 Academic Programs. An earned doctorate or Master of Business Administration is preferred or a closely aligned field where applied practical learning experience can be demonstrated. Candidates should have an excellent track record in quality teaching and service. Preference will be given to candidates who embrace technology, AI, and proven success in entrepreneurial strategies. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage business administration & META
24 curricula and instructional staff. Create an empowering learning environment ensuring proper instructions and delivery of META
24 curricula and degree requirements. Communicates academic expectations while monitoring and evaluating classroom performances and achievements (including conducting classroom observation), analyzes key achievement indicators, provides coaching feedback, and recommends corrective actions when necessary. Assist the President and Chief Academic Officer in the creation of academic goals whilealso developing standards of criteria for successful business instruction. Plan, lead and manage orientation for implementation for business, META
24 applied learning curricula, and embracing AI educational platforms. Conducts regular faculty meetings in accordance with the colleges policies and procedures. Monitor and examine faculty to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Serve as the business administration and META
24 Curriculum lead resource officer for students and faculty at the campus. Conducts regular curriculum meetings to inform faculty about new and revised curriculum, new technology learning tools, courseware, and teaching materials. Provides feedback regarding curricula to the appropriate curriculum committee. Serve as curriculum content contributor and/or reviewer and participates in advisory committee and board meetings. Monitor student grades and academic achievements or lack of using the campuss information system to ensure accuracy and compliance within accrediting standards.

Inspire students to embrace 21st century instruction and META
24 teaching methods in preparation for desired career employment and workforce opportunities. Coordinate with the Office of Retention Services for students who are underachieving and create corrective action success academic plans for each student when needed. Promotes student enrollment and growth by creating engaging and attractive academic curriculums to generate revenue for department and college sustainability. Assist of the Office of Admission in recruiting efforts by being involved in community and professional organizations and events.

Collaborate with the Director of Career Planning and Placement to improve employment outcomes and job placement opportunities for workforce certificate Teach a minimum of three (3) course sections each academic semester and perform duties as assigned by the President, Chief Operation Officer, and Chief Academic Officer. Completes professional development activities to maintain subject matter expertise in accordance with traditional liberal arts and META
24 Workforce Curriculum as needed or assigned. Serve on College committees as assigned by the President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Academic Officer.
