Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center (MJTC) is a 40-bed, all-boys program located on 236 acres at the foot of the stunning Poteau Mountains, offering breathtaking lakeview sunsets and fresh mountain air. Pay:
Follows an approved Teacher Pay Scale, starting at $50,000 a year and increasing based on level of education and experience.

• A Teacher will work primarily with students in an educational setting delivering a curriculum of Target Teaching methodologies.
• Track student attendance, maintain student grades, prepare lesson plans, and assist as needed in the classroom setting.
• With proven and efficient school policies and procedures, the Special Education Teacher will respond to the needs of students who have a variety of ability levels.

• Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
• Have an active teacher's certification in Education
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
• Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
• Must meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having a valid Driver's License

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
