Special Ed Teacher - Huntsville, Arkansas

This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a team of educators while providing tailored instruction to help each student reach their full potential.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification or eligibility
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary students (K-6) with diverse abilities
• Knowledge of IEP process, data collection, and instructional modifications
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with staff, families, and support services
• Organization and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environment
• Positive, patient, and creative approach to problem-solving

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and delivering differentiated instruction aligned with student IEPs
• Managing classroom routines and behavior supports to foster an inclusive setting
• Collaborating with general education teachers and related service providers
• Maintaining accurate records of progress, attendance, and compliance documentation
• Providing feedback and support to families regarding student growth
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to educational planning

Details of the position:

• Multiple openings for the  school year
• Contract role, Monday through Thursday from 7:15am to 4:15pm
