Pay

& Benefits

Pay follows an approved Teacher Pay Scale, starting at $55,000 a year and increasing based on level of education and experience. $5,000 Sign-On Bonus ($2,500 at 3 months, $2,500 at 6 months). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, company‑paid life insurance within 30 days, 401(k) match up to 6% after 1 year, paid time off that can be used as soon as it accrues, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a curriculum of Target Teaching methodologies to students in an educational setting.
  • Track student attendance and log student grades.
  • Prepare lesson plans and assist as needed in the classroom setting.
  • Maintain and provide student grades (weekly and exit) for documentation of progress.
  • Adhere to facility daily and school schedules and school policies regarding grading, posting grades, and quarterly reports.
  • Respond to the questions and needs of students with a variety of ability levels.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Education or related field.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Active Teacher certification in Special Education.
  • Successful completion of criminal background check, drug, physical, TB test, and child and adult abuse registry search.
  • Pass/Search of child and adult abuse central registry.
Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
