Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Interpreter License for the state is required
• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL); bilingual fluency highly preferred for at least one position
• Previous experience interpreting in educational or school settings is a strong asset
• Ability to provide clear, accurate, and confidential interpretation in both academic and social settings
• Flexible, collaborative, and professional demeanor
• Commitment to attending the full school day

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret classroom instruction, group activities, and school communications for a 1:1 middle school caseload
• Adapt interpreting techniques to support comprehension and participation
