Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Compliance/Staff Trainer at The Lewisville Juvenile Treatment Center (L.J.T.C) in Lewisville, Arkansas. The Lewisville Juvenile Treatment Center is nestled in the serene setting of rural Lafayette County and is dedicated to transforming the lives of at-risk young males.

Pay: $48,000 annually; can increase based on education and years of experience Perks & Benefits:

To be considered you should:
Have a Bachelors Degree ~ Have at least 4 years experience in auditing and training
- Preferred knowledge in PREA (Prison Rape Elimination Act) and CARF Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry ~ Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver's License

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
