Responsibilities include planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating EMS educational program offerings. Prepare and deliver instruction. Supervise student activities during instruction. Fulfill administrative requirements such as grading, maintaining program, course, and student records, and submitting data and reports. Adhere to university and departmental policies. Participate in activities that promote the EMS Program, including student recruiting and program marketing events.
QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED and successful completion of an EMS‑approved instructor course, with at least 2 years of EMS experience directly related to the duties. Certification / licensure from the State of Arkansas and the National Registry as an EMT‑Basic, Advanced, or Paramedic.
