Early Childhood Developmental Specialist

Full Time Early Childhood Developmental Specialist

This position requires a self‑motivated person who is well organized and possesses excellent time management skills who is responsible for the assessments, the development of client individualized treatment plans, and the supervision of habilitative services delivery to clients.

• Bachelor’s Degree AND ONE of the following:
  • Current Arkansas state certification in Early Childhood Special Education
  • Current Child Development Associate Certificate
  • Current Birth – Pre K Credential
  • 12 hours of completed college courses in one of the following areas – early childhood, childhood development, special education/elementary education or child and family studies and documented experience in working with children with special needs
• Proven computer skills in all Microsoft Office programs and other computer applications
• Proven mathematical skills and reasoning ability
• Must be able to pass all background checks and drug test
