Job Duties

The Cooperative Extension Service Program Assistant works for an assigned county Extension program under the supervision of a county agent in 4-H and youth development areas. Responsibilities include self-management, quality and quantity of work, program delivery, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation with liability insurance, and successful completion of a background check. Knowledge, skills, and abilities required include the ability to conduct programs, communicate effectively, keep accurate records, and work without close daily supervision.
