Early Childhood Center Director

Bright Harbor School in Bentonville is seeking a Center Director who will focus their efforts on operational consistency, staff support, and family experience. This position is suited for an early childhood professional who enjoys coaching teams, maintaining strong program standards, and contributing to a positive, well-run center environment.

Full-time, Monday-Friday

$50,000–$55,000/year (plus generous bonus eligibility)

• CDA, Associates, or Bachelor’s degree in ECE or a related field required.
• 8+ years experience leading teams in a licensed childcare setting required.

• This role supports daily center operations while ensuring alignment with licensing regulations and organizational standards.
• Responsibilities include assisting with staffing needs by participating in interviews, onboarding coordination, and schedule planning to maintain appropriate coverage.
• The position also contributes to enrollment stability through participation in tours, family engagement, and local outreach efforts.
