Process Engineer
Position:
Full‑time, permanent – Ashdown, Arkansas, United States.
Provide technical expertise and leadership to the operations of the Fluff Pulp department, contributing to meet objectives for safety, environmental protection, quality, cost control, and production performance.
This is a safety‑sensitive position that may require shift work.
Qualifications and Work Conditions- A bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Paper Science, Industrial).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources appropriately.
- Working knowledge of pulp, power, or paper area operations preferred, with advanced knowledge of safety.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team member and lead by example.
- Willingness to work a shift schedule as required.
