What

you’ll do
  • Perform civil site design for land development projects including water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure
  • Prepare engineering calculations, grading plans, drainage reports, and construction documents
  • Lead permitting efforts and coordinate with local and state regulatory agencies
  • Develop technical specifications and bid documents for construction projects
  • Manage and execute project tasks to meet scope, schedule, and quality goals
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams throughout project delivery
  • Perform construction administration activities including site visits and coordination with contractors
  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to model and refine designs
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering design
  • Strong experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D software applications
  • Progressive experience in planning, design, and permitting of civil site development and drainage improvement projects
  • Strong understanding of stormwater hydraulics and hydrology
  • Experience preparing grading plans, drainage reports, and construction documents
  • Ability to write technical specifications and bid documents
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with clients
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and appropriately prioritize workflow
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Client service-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Schedule:

On-site:
Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m.

-5:30 p.m.;
Friday 7:30 a.m.

-11:30 a.m.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
