Project Manager | Project Engineer - Civil Site Development

• Manage civil site development projects for residential, commercial, and industrial clients from concept through construction.
• Prepare and oversee the development of construction drawings for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure.
• Lead project teams to deliver design solutions that meet scope, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to support design development and project execution.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support proposal preparation and contribute to project planning efforts.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 7+ years of experience in civil engineering design and project management.
• Experience managing civil site development projects for residential, commercial, and/or industrial clients.
• Strong understanding of civil site design, including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing focus.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding project teams.
• Understanding of business metrics for project success.
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and appropriately prioritize workflow.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
